Maybe this will only be funny to people who know Chris but I find this hilarious. Chris has posted many work out videos but here he critiques some other work out plans. If you don't like listening to him just watch the video in the background. This dude is out there a bit but really funny.

Funniest video on the blog in weeks. When it shows him with the football pads on and face paint, I just kept picturing him screaming: "IT'S JOE BOICE TIME!!!" Am I right, Nick D?
