Your cat isnt dumb. it just so happens that it likes the water in paw flavor. but seriously just because it is drinking water like that doesnt mean that its dumb.

The cat isn't dumb! My cat does this as well, but hes really smart and actually knows how to fetch with me. My cat will drink out of a faucet but not out of a bowl. It is odd, but not in any way dumb.

I've seen cats drink almost like that. We had one who liked to 'test' the water and then drink it normally. You should get her a pet fountain. Cats are more apt to drink running water. It could save her from kidney problems.

I don't know why this guy has to swear so much but this is kind of funny. Seriously, he swears a lot. Like 2 weeks worth of cuss words in 3 minutes.
