The other day I was picking up the lady friend at UW when I grabbed the school paper and saw that they had a 'Places to Go for Spring Break' section. Here is of the destinations they mention.
Pullman, Wash.
Imagine a spring break in Cancun, Mexico. Now replace the beaches with wheat fields, lower the temperature by about 60 degrees and quadruple the amount of drunk college students; this is spring break in Pullman. Located approximately 3,000 light years from civilization, Pullman is a great choice if you want to get away from it all this spring break, and your definition of "it all" includes people with decent hygiene and place aren't 10 minutes away from Idaho. Pullman is also home to Washington State University. If nothing else, a trip here will make you remember why you go to the UW and forget why you had so much faith in humanity in the first place.
