I'm sorry that there are so many of these but these are hilarious, every single one of them. When they used to air the cartoon, G.I. Joe, they would end each episode with a PSA. These are some of the PSAs but they have obviously been editing and re-dubbed. These are some of the most random things ever.
OK, that is a lot of them...I like them all but this is a great really short one.
